Cynthia Li

Cynthia Li serves as the Director of HR Information Systems at Yum! Brands since August 2008, leading a team of over 10 members in HRIS project implementation, process improvement, and payroll and benefits operations. Cynthia established an HR Shared Service Center and optimized HR operations for 17 markets in China, supporting nearly 500,000 employees. Prior to Yum! Brands, Cynthia held the position of Asia Pac HR Technology Project Leader at Honeywell from August 2004 to July 2008, overseeing HR system implementation and customer support across Asia Pacific, including significant projects like the implementation of Taleo and LMS. From 2002 to 2004, Cynthia worked as a Senior HR Consultant at Hanconsulting, focusing on Oracle HRMS implementation and training. Cynthia holds a Master’s degree in Business Management from Shanghai University of Finance and Economics, obtained between 2003 and 2006.
