Bobby L.

Bobby L. has a diverse work experience spanning several organizations and roles. They started their career at Trillium Health Resources in 2011 as a Training Manager, where they worked until 2018. Following that, Bobby L. joined Community Health Associates as a Practice Manager for a year before transitioning to Yuma County as an Analyst. In 2019, they moved to Arizona Western College as a Director and held this position until 2023. Currently, Bobby L. is the Executive Director of Human Resources at Yuma Union High School District.

Bobby L. has a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a focus on Business Administration and Management from the University of Alabama at Birmingham - Collat School of Business. Bobby also holds a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Computer Information Systems and a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Criminal Justice, both obtained from North Carolina Wesleyan University.

In addition to their formal education, Bobby L. has pursued several certifications to enhance their professional skills. Bobby obtained a Google Project Management Certificate from Coursera in December 2022. Bobby also holds a People Manager Qualification (PMQ) from SHRM, obtained in September 2021. Bobby L. has completed courses in Strategic Planning Foundations and Strategic Thinking from LinkedIn in September 2020. Furthermore, they have a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt (ICGB) certification from the Management and Strategy Institute, obtained in November 2017.
