Aimee Mensink

Aimee Mensink has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Aimee currently works as a Product Manager at Yume Food Australia, where they utilize technology to address the issue of food waste and enhance visibility of aging stock. Prior to this, Aimee was a Consultant at Slalom, a modern consulting firm focused on strategy, technology, and business transformation. At Yume Food Australia, they also served as a Business Analyst. Aimee gained extensive consulting experience in finance transformation enabled by cloud technology during their time at Deloitte, where they held roles as Manager, Senior Consultant, Consultant, and Analyst. Aimee started their career as a Customer Service Officer at YMCA Victoria and later worked as a Receptionist at Brow Theory Brow Bar, where they managed appointments, staff, stock ordering, and social media accounts. Additionally, Aimee has experience as a Retail Sales Assistant at Seed Heritage.

Aimee Mensink completed their Bachelor's degrees in Commerce and Arts, with a major in Finance and Psychology, at Deakin University from 2012 to 2017. In 2016, they also studied Linguistics and Prehistoric Archeology at Aarhus University for a brief period. Prior to their university studies, Aimee attended Genazzano F.C.J College from 2006 to 2011, although the field of study and degree obtained during this time are unknown.

In terms of additional certifications, Aimee obtained a certificate as a Climate Fresk Facilitator from Climate Fresk in April 2022. In December 2021, they became an alumni of the WorkforClimate switch to 100% renewables Cohort at WorkForClimate. Additionally, in September 2017, Aimee received training in Workday Financials.
