Cynthia Kim

Cynthia Kim is the VP, Operations & Continuous Improvement at Yumi. Cynthia has over fifteen years of experience in the entertainment industry.

Kim started their career as an assistant to the President of Production at Groundswell Productions. Cynthia then became an International Associate at Paramount Vantage and lead the concept and installation of sales offices at all international film markets and festivals. In 2005, they became an assistant to a partner at Creative Artists Agency before becoming the Director of Corporate Development at Sony Pictures Entertainment in 2001.

In 2010, Kim became the Vice President of International at Exclusive Media, Hammer, and Spitfire. During their three years with the company they managed a portfolio of films through all aspects of foreign sales, international distribution, acquisition, and marketing. In 2013, Kim left Exclusive Media to become the Head of International Distribution at Blumhouse where they remained until 2016.

Cynthia Kim attended Amherst College, where they obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Economics. Cynthia then went on to The London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE), where they completed The General Course in Economic Cynthia'story and Mathematics.

They work with and Jason Argabrite - VP, Operations. Cynthia Kim reports to Michael Pacyna, COO.
