Founder and Chief Executive Officer at Yummers

Rebecca Rudisch has extensive work experience in the retail and consumer goods industry. Rebecca is currently the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Yummers, a position they have held since January 2021. In addition, they are a Board Member for PetHonesty and SmartSweets, starting in September 2021 and January 2022, respectively.

Before their current roles, Rebecca worked as an Entrepreneur, Investor, Advisor, and Board Member, providing strategic omnichannel and digital growth opportunities to various consumer goods and retail companies, including those in functional nutrition, beverages, beauty, and pet businesses. Rebecca started this role in July 2018 and continues to advise independently.

Prior to that, Rebecca served as an Entrepreneur in Residence and Advisor at Caravan from January 2021 to July 2022. Before Caravan, they were the Senior Vice President and Head of Own Brand at H-E-B, a position they held from 2019 to 2021. In this role, they led all aspects of the Private Brand business, driving sales, share, and margin growth, as well as implementing strategies for expanding new brands and product lines.

Rebecca also held significant positions at other major companies. Rebecca was the Executive Vice President and Chief Merchandising & Marketing Officer at Petco from 2015 to 2019, leading all aspects of the P&L and overseeing merchandising, marketing, product innovation, design, and development. Before Petco, they served as the Senior Vice President Merchandising at 7-Eleven from 2012 to 2016, where they led the North America Merchandise business and global Private Brands.

Rebecca’s work experience also includes roles at Target, where they took on increasingly senior positions such as Vice President, Divisional Merchandise Manager, Director of Merchandise Planning, Director – Snacks & Beverages, and Senior Buyer – Snacks & Beverages. At Target, they led initiatives in pharmacy, health, wellness, omnichannel merchandising, and electronics & entertainment.

Early on in their career, Rebecca worked at Accenture as a Retail and Consumer Goods Leader, where they were responsible for business development and value creation programs for Fortune 500 clients.

Overall, Rebecca has a diverse range of experiences in leadership, strategy, and growth within the retail and consumer goods industry, making their a valuable asset to any organization.

Rebecca Rudisch holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a concentration in International Marketing and Finance from Purdue University, which they completed from 2001 to 2003. Rebecca also obtained a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Organizational Communication from the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire, although the exact start and end years are unknown. Additionally, Rebecca has acquired various certifications throughout their career. These include "Fostering Inclusion and Diversity" from Yale University in November 2020, "Enterprise Digital Transformation" from the University of California, Berkeley in December 2019, "Executive Leadership Program" from the United States Military Academy at West Point in 2012, and "Talent Development Program" from Target in 2008.
