Matthew Holy, MFB, serves as the Director of Strategy at Yumpingo, having held several roles in Customer Success since joining in April 2019. Prior experience includes a role as a Field Project Consultant at Diageo, where research on future trends in the alcoholic beverage industry and supply chain analysis were conducted. In the hospitality industry, Matthew served as Maitre D’Hotel at both Oxbow and Chef's Table, managing staff, financials, and events, as well as overseeing renovations. Additional experience includes a Marketing Analyst position at Landmark Cinemas and an Executive Chef role at The Holy Caterer. Matthew holds a Master of Food and Beverage Management from SDA Bocconi and a Bachelor of Commerce in Hotel and Restaurant Management from the University of Guelph.
