Selase D. Dow

Selase D. Dow has an extensive work experience spanning various roles in the healthcare industry. They most recently served as the Chief Operating Officer (COO) at Yuvo starting in March 2023. Before that, Selase held multiple positions at Innovista Health Solutions, a Population Health Management organization, including COO, Senior Vice President of Government Solutions, Market President, and Vice President of Market Operations. They were also the COO of Genovista Health LLC, a joint venture between Innovista Health Solutions and Genesis Physicians Group.

Prior to their roles at Innovista Health Solutions and Genovista Health LLC, Selase worked at Anthem, Inc. as the Director of Contracting Administration and Provider Performance Manager for the Texas Medicare-Medicaid Plan. They also held leadership positions at Universal American, serving as the Executive Director of Medicare Advantage & ACO Operations and Director of ACO Operations at Collaborative Health Systems, a subsidiary of Universal American.

Selase's earlier experiences include working as a Network Manager at Regal Medical Group, a Network Associate at Arcadian Health Plan, and participating in the Presidential Internship Program at the American Red Cross in the Regulatory and Quality Affairs department.

Selase's secondary education was completed at Achimota Secondary School, where they obtained a General Certificate of Education Advanced Level (GCE A-Level). In addition to their formal education, Selase has also obtained a Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt certification in September 2012.
