Raul Rivero Cisneros

Raul Rivero Cisneros has extensive experience in engineering and maintenance within the oil and gas industry. Notably, Raul served as Vicepresidente Proyectos Especiales at Empresas Y&V and held the position of Gerente Ingenieria y Mantenimiento at LAGOVEN from 2000 to 2003. Prior to this, Raul worked at PDVSA Petroleos de Venezuela S.A. from 1975 to 2003, also as Gerente Ingenieria y Mantenimiento. Raul holds a degree from Universidad Metropolitana in Venezuela, where studies spanned from 1975 to 1979.
