Fadjanie C. serves as a Board Member for YW Boston, focusing on eliminating racism and empowering women. As a member of ForbesBLK, Fadjanie contributes to amplifying the voices of Black entrepreneurs and leaders. In the role of Director of Diversity and Inclusion at Forrester, Fadjanie leads the creation and implementation of a global D&I strategy and is integral to the company's ESG efforts. Previous positions include Global Culture & Inclusion Learning Manager at Wayfair, where Fadjanie developed inclusive learning programs, and Inclusive Recruitment & Engagement Lead at L.E.K. Consulting, where responsibilities included shaping DEI strategy and initiatives. Fadjanie holds an MBA from Providence College, a Diversity and Inclusion Certificate from Cornell University, and dual bachelor's degrees from the University of Massachusetts Amherst.
