LaToyia W. has a diverse work experience in the field of Human Resources. LaToyia started their career in 2017 at the City of Cincinnati, where they were responsible for developing and implementing personnel policies and procedures, maintaining the employee handbook, and assisting in various HR functions. In 2023, LaToyia joined the Federal Home Loan Bank of Cincinnati, where they focused on talent management, including staffing, recruitment, benefits, compensation, and training. LaToyia also conducted candidate interviews and surveys to improve employee retention. Currently, LaToyia holds the position of Director of People Operations at the YWCA Greater Cincinnati.

LaToyia W. is currently pursuing a Master's degree in Public Administration (MPA) at Kent State University, which they are set to complete in 2025.
