Pallak A. is an experienced professional specializing in essential skills development and digital literacy programs. Currently serving as the Manager of Essential Skills & Digital Literacy Programs at YWCA Toronto since November 2019, Pallak A. oversees initiatives aimed at enhancing employability and bridging the digital divide. Prior to this role, Pallak A. directed social action initiatives at The Mosaic Institute, focusing on building inclusivity among marginalized communities.
