Bronwyn Barberel

Bronwyn Barberel is a seasoned marketing professional with extensive experience in loyalty and customer engagement strategies. Currently serving as the Head of Loyalty at Z Energy NZ since April 2016, Bronwyn has led digital transformation and loyalty initiatives, overseeing a team focused on enhancing customer engagement across brands. Previous roles at Z Energy include Loyalty Strategy Manager and Senior Loyalty and Marketing Manager, where Bronwyn developed loyalty programs and targeted marketing efforts. Additional experience encompasses leadership positions in marketing and communications at Contact Energy Ltd and New Zealand Post, as well as involvement in educational governance as Chair of the Board of Trustees at Karori Normal School. Bronwyn holds a Bachelor of Commerce in Marketing and Management from Victoria University of Wellington.
