Ruth Finnis

Ruth Finnis currently serves as the Head of Loyalty at Virgin Atlantic since April 2023, bringing extensive experience in loyalty and marketing from previous roles. Prior to Virgin Atlantic, Ruth held the position of Vice President of Loyalty and Partnerships for Northern Europe at Accor from June 2018 to April 2023, and earlier served as Director of Customer Loyalty and Partnerships. Ruth's experience also includes a tenure at InterContinental Hotels Group (IHG®) as Director of Guest and Loyalty Marketing, and roles in loyalty marketing at Warner Leisure Hotels and Wyndham Hotel Group. Additionally, Ruth was Head of Marketing & Communications at Fusion Lifestyle, and held various marketing management positions at Hilton Worldwide, ESPA International, and Elemis. Ruth holds a degree in Business Studies and French from DeMontfort University, following education at Tunbridge Wells Girls Grammar School.
