Janice Kwan

Janice Kwan is the current Chief of Staff at Z League. Prior to their current position, they served as Head of Revenue Operations at Stardog from October 2020 to January 2022. Stardog is a Knowledge Graph platform designed specifically for enterprises. It solves the problem of silos by enabling users to unify, query, search and analyze all of their data, regardless of source, variety or velocity.

Before their time at Stardog, Janice was self-employed. Janice also served as the Director of Business Intelligence at Side from June 2018 to May 2020. In this role, they were responsible for developing and executing strategies to grow Side’s business intelligence capabilities.

Previously, Janice was the Head Of Operations at Cadence Translate from May 2017 to April 2018. Cadence Translate is a company that provides real-time translation services into conference calls and live events. Janice was responsible for overseeing the company’s operations and ensuring that they ran smoothly.

Janice has extensive experience in various areas including revenue operations, business intelligence, and operations management. Janice has proven herself to be a valuable asset to any company they work for.

Janice Kwan has a Master of Accounting from the University of Waterloo, and is a Certified Public Accountant, Chartered Accountant, and Chartered Professional Accountant from CPA Canada. Janice also has a Bachelor of Accounting and Financial Management from the University of Waterloo, with a minor in Human Resources Management. Additionally, they have certification from CPA Canada in Chartered Accountant, from the Canadian Institute of Chartered Business Valuators in Chartered Business Valuator, and from Sales Assembly in Revenue Operations. Finally, they have certification from Salesforce in Salesforce Certified Administrator.

Janice Kwan reports to Robbie Schneidman, Co-Founder & CTO. Janice Kwan works with Josh Henderson - VP, Business Development, Dave Cavino - VP, Marketing, and Nick Miller - VP, Product.
