Luiza Gante has worked in various roles since 2017. In 2017, they were a Bolsista de Treinamento Profissional at the Universidade Federal de Juiz de Fora. In 2021, they worked as an Estagiária Relacionamento | Satisfação e Engajamento at TAG - Experiências Literárias, where they were responsible for relationship management with members, resolving issues with subscriptions, monitoring feedbacks, creating engagement actions, and suggesting process improvements. Since 2022, they have been an Analista de Processos at Z1, where they have cocreated the Customer Satisfaction Score - CSAT area, applied training for all CX teams, created monthly reports, cocreated the Net Promoter Score area, and defined methodologies and implementation studies for surveys such as CES, C-SAT, and others.

Luiza Gante is currently pursuing a Bacharelado in Direito at the Universidade Federal de Juiz de Fora, which they are expected to complete in 2026. Luiza has also obtained three additional certifications: Fundamentos de Customer Success para Gestores from RD Station in 2022, Inteligência Emocional 2.0 from Escola Conquer in 2022, and Customer Experience Management from FIAP in 2022.
