Karina Ziminaite

Karina Ziminaite is an experienced professional in the field of esports and content creation. Karina currently serves as the Chief Executive Officer at Z1MT since December 2022. Prior to this, they worked at INSTINCT3 as a Strategic Advisor for Brand Building and Content Marketing from March 2022 to December 2022.

Karina has also held significant roles at G2 Esports, where they were the Head of Content from July 2017 to February 2022. At G2 Esports, they led the largest department in the organization and oversaw the production of visual and text content, managed online events, and directed major projects. Karina was responsible for building the brand through engaging and exciting content.

Before G2 Esports, Karina worked at Freaks 4U Gaming GmbH as an Editor & Line Producer Online from November 2015 to July 2017. Their role involved esports content creation, interviews with professional players, game reviews, and coverage of major tournaments.

Karina also gained experience at Fnatic as a Feature Writer from February 2015 to November 2015. In this role, they wrote articles and features covering the Fnatic League of Legends professional gaming team.

Karina started their career as a Journalist, working as a Freelancer from October 2012 to November 2015, covering various topics as a journalist. Karina also served as a Project Manager and Text Writer at CLINIC 212 from October 2011 to November 2015.

Earlier in their career, Karina worked as a Journalist at Žurnalo leidybos grupė from December 2011 to October 2012. Karina covered prominent entertainment and cultural events, conducted interviews, and wrote articles about celebrity life and high-profile artists. Karina was also elected as the Lithuanian representative for the European Work Council of Schibsted media house during their tenure.

Karina's career began at 15min, where they worked as a Journalist from September 2007 to December 2011, covering various topics for the publication.

Throughout their career, Karina has gained significant experience in the field of content creation, esports, and journalism, contributing to the success of various organizations and projects.

Karina Ziminaite obtained a Master's degree in International Media Studies from Deutsche Welle Akademie, which they pursued from 2013 to 2015. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor's degree in Communication, specializing in Journalism, at Vilniaus universitetas / Vilnius University from 2006 to 2010. Additionally, Karina attended Vilniaus Žemynos gimnazija from 2000 to 2006, where they completed their Gymnasium education.
