Dmitry Lambert has an extensive work experience in the field of customer support, training, consulting, and engineering. Dmitry started their career at Nordeka as an Information System Engineer in 2012 and worked there until 2016. After that, they joined Zabbix as a Trainer, Consultant, and Support Engineer, where they worked until 2018. In 2018, they joined Atea Global Services Ltd. as a Monitoring Solution Architect and worked there until 2019. Dmitry returned to Zabbix in 2019 and held the positions of Trainer, Consultant, Senior Support Engineer, and currently serves as the Head of Customer Support.

Dmitry Lambert attended Juridiskā Koledža from 2015 to 2017, where they obtained a High School degree in Computer systems and network administration.
