Ashley Demshki serves as the Director of Customer Support at Zayo Group since November 2015, overseeing a team of managers and agents to enhance frontline customer support and implement service quality policies. Previously, Ashley directed a team in Zayo's sales operations and customer service, conducted live demonstrations, and provided troubleshooting support. Prior experience includes management roles on the Tranzact platform, where training material development and team recruitment were key responsibilities, as well as administrative roles at Paramount Pictures and American Honda Motor Company. Ashley holds a Bachelor of Arts in Film/Cinema/Video Studies from California State University, Long Beach.
