Your responsibilities will include:

• Financial Strategy Development: Develop and execute comprehensive financial strategies aligned with company goals and market conditions.
• Financial Planning and Analysis: Lead financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes, ensuring accurate financial projections and performance metrics. Create and utilize data-driven analysis to provide actionable insights and recommendations for business growth.
• Risk Management: Oversee the identification, assessment, and mitigation of financial risks, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards. Develop and maintain robust internal controls and risk management frameworks.
• Funding and Investor Relations: Manage relationships with investors, financial institutions, and stakeholders, securing funding and investment opportunities to support company growth.
• Financial Reporting: Ensure accurate and timely preparation of financial statements, reports, and audits, providing insightful analysis and recommendations to senior management.
• Cost Management: Implement cost control measures and efficiency initiatives to optimize financial performance and profitability.
• Cash Flow Management: Oversee cash flow management, including liquidity planning, working capital optimization, and capital expenditure decisions.
• Strategic Partnerships: Develop and nurture strategic partnerships with financial service providers, technology vendors, and industry collaborators to enhance financial product offerings and business growth.
• Commercial Partnership with Sales and Customer Success: Collaborate with the CEO and Head of Sales to optimize the lifetime value of new customers and ecosystem partnerships. Support sales and customer success teams with financial insights and strategies.

You may be a good fit if you have:

• Experience: 7-10 years of experience in financial management, preferably within the fintech industry, with a proven track record in senior financial leadership roles.
• Technical Skills: Deep understanding of financial management software, financial modeling, and accounting principles. Familiarity with payment processing technologies and digital finance is a plus.
