Jan Richter

Jan Richter has a diverse work experience spanning over several industries and roles. Jan is currently working as the CTO at Zadient Technologies since March 2021. Prior to that, they were the Unternehmensinhaber at Steps Unternehmensberatung starting from November 2019. Jan also served as the CTO at CYNORA from May 2020 to November 2022. Before that, they held various roles at Siltectra GmbH, including CTO und Geschäftsführer from December 2018 to November 2019, CTO from December 2014 to November 2019, and Director process development from August 2011 to December 2014.

Jan has previous experience at AMTC, where they served as a Technical lead EBeam Lithographie from March 2011 to July 2011, Global process Owner Metrology Toppan/AMTC from July 2008 to March 2011, Technical lead Metrology Group from January 2006 to July 2008, and Metrology Engineer from January 2004 to January 2006. Prior to that, they worked as a Post Doc physical chemistry at Alma Mater Society of UBC Vancouver from April 2002 to December 2003.

Jan's career started at TU Dresden, where they served as a PhD and research associate from September 1998 to March 2002. Jan also worked as a visiting researcher at UC Santa Barbara from September 1995 to February 1996.

Jan Richter earned their Diplom in Physik from Technische Universität Dresden, where they studied from 1992 to 1998. Jan then pursued further education at Weinberg Gymnasium Kleinmachnow, earning their Abitur degree between 1987 and 1991. In 2009 to 2011, they attended Psychologisches Zentrum, Leipzig, where they obtained a degree as a Coach for communication.
