Jessica Franck

Jessica Franck has a diverse range of work experience in human resources and education. Jessica has held positions such as Group Human Resources Director at Zadig&Voltaire, Enseignant spécialisé at Sciences Po, and Founder of Skilt - skilt.fr. Prior to these roles, they served as Human Resources Director at GROUPE BON MARCHÉ, Chaumet International S.A, and LVMH. Additionally, they worked as a Development and Recruitment Manager at Sephora and as an HR Manager at Louis Vuitton. Jessica also gained experience as an HR manager at Broadnet Europe and as an International Mobility Manager at Club Mediterranee.

Jessica Franck holds a Master's Degree in Law from Paris-Pantheon-Assas University, which they completed from 1989 to 1993. Jessica also earned a Master's Degree from Sciences Po, studying from 1993 to 1995. In 2017, they obtained a Licensed Human Element Practitioner (LHEP) degree from The Human Element™, specializing in team and individual coaching as well as collective intelligence management.
