Matt Hefford

Matt Hefford has worked in various roles within the technology industry. Matt currently holds the position of Senior Vice President, Head of Cloud Services at Zafin since March 2023. Prior to this, they were the Vice President, SaaS Operations at Zafin from July 2021 to April 2023. Before joining Zafin, they worked at Finastra from June 2016 to July 2021, where they served as the Director, Cloud & Infrastructure Architecture & Engineering Networking. Matt also worked as the Manager of Network Engineering at Finastra from January 2015 to June 2016. Before Finastra, Matt was employed at OpenText as the Team Lead, IT Networking and Security from July 2012 to January 2015. Prior to that, they were the BlackBerry Infrastructure Service Manager at BlackBerry from April 2012 to July 2012, and a Data Network Specialist\\Shift Lead from November 2009 to May 2012. Matt also has experience working as an IT specialist at 787 Networks Inc. from November 2007 to September 2009 and as an IT Support Specialist at Instanet Solutions from 2005 to 2007.

Matt Hefford completed their high school education at St. Davids Catholic Secondary School from 1998 to 2002, where they earned a High School diploma. Afterward, from 2002 to 2004, they attended Fanshawe College and completed a degree in Computer System Technology.
