V. Balasubramanian

V. Balasubramanian is currently working as the EVP and Chief Technology Officer at Zafin since February 2020. Prior to that, they were the CTO, Banking & Capital Markets at DXC Technology from January 2014 to February 2020. Before joining DXC Technology, they worked as the Client Managing Director at Xerox Corporation from January 2010 to December 2013. V. also served as the Chief Strategy Officer and SVP, Professional Services at NorthStar from November 2006 to January 2010. Additionally, they worked as an SVP at Reuters from January 2004 to September 2006. Prior to that, they held the role of Partner in the Business Consulting Services division at IBM from July 1995 to January 2004. Their earliest work experience was as a Senior VP at Smith Barney Shearson from January 1986 to July 1995.

V. Balasubramanian pursued their education in a chronological order, starting with a Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) degree in Mechanical Engineering from Bangalore University, which they completed between 1975 and 1980. Following that, they pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Transportation and Management Information Systems (MIS) from the Indian Institute of Management Bangalore between 1980 and 1982. Lastly, they obtained a Master's degree in Project Management from The George Washington University from 1997 to 1999.
