Sanjay Sharma

Sanjay Sharma is an accomplished cybersecurity professional with extensive experience leading information security initiatives across various industries. Currently serving as the Chief Information Security Officer at Zafin since June 2024, Sanjay is responsible for ensuring the security and integrity of technology solutions. Previous roles include Senior Vice President and CISO at Pathway Communications, where strategic technology risk management was a focus, and Head of IT Risk & Cybersecurity at Toronto Hydro, providing insights to the Board of Directors. Sanjay’s earlier career features significant contributions to PwC Canada, Deloitte Consulting, the Indian Army, and the United Nations, demonstrating a longstanding commitment to enhancing cybersecurity and risk management practices. Sanjay holds an MBA from Schulich School of Business and has completed various specialized programs, including studies at the University of California, Berkeley.
