Abby Barraclough

Abby Barraclough is the current General Counsel at ZAGG. Prior to their current position, they worked as an Intellectual Property Attorney at Thorpe North & Western from January 2006 to December 2011. In their previous role, they were responsible for defending clients against claims of infringement, representing clients in administrative and legal proceedings, negotiating IP contracts, and managing clients’ intellectual property portfolios. Additionally, they have experience prosecuting patent and trademark applications, conducting patent and trademark searches, performing diligence for intellectual property acquisitions, drafting patent applications and litigation documents, and enforcing copyright, patent, and trademark rights.

Abby Barraclough completed a Juris Doctorate at the University of Utah S.J. Quinney College of Law and a Bachelor of Science - BS in Manufacturing Engineering Technology at Weber State University.

They work with Steve Bain - General Manager, ZAGG, InvisibleShield, BRAVEN, IFROGZ, Gavin Slevin - General Manager, International, and Marshall Clark - Vice President of Operations. Their manager is Chris Ahern, CEO.
