Ibrahim Dohni

Ibrahim Dohni has over a decade of experience in information technology, currently serving as an IT Support & Helpdesk Manager and Information Technology Operations Support Manager at Zahid Tractor since June 2012, overseeing a team that supports over 2500 users and managing key IT improvement projects. Previously, Ibrahim held the role of OCM and Training Manager, where responsibilities included implementing change management strategies and ERP training within a Caterpillar dealership, alongside utilizing PMP and Six Sigma methodologies. Prior experience includes functioning as a Network Administrator at Rafic Hariri High School, managing a network of 200 PCs, and serving as a part-time Information Technology Instructor at Rafic Hariri University, teaching various IT courses. Ibrahim holds a Master of Science in Computer and Information Sciences from Liverpool John Moores University and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Business Computing from Rafic Hariri University.
