Issa al Fraij

Issa Al Fraij currently serves as the Import Export Manager at Zahid Tractor & Heavy Machinery Co., a position held since December 2015, overseeing the planning and implementation of import and export strategies and budgeting. Additionally, Issa has held the role of Imports Manager at Zahid Tractor since the same date. Prior experience includes serving as Operations Manager at ATCO Group - East & West Express, where responsibilities encompassed logistics, staff management, warehousing, transportation, broker management, and customer service from February 2007 to June 2015. Earlier roles include Port Operations Supervisor at The Kanoo Group - Shipping and Operations Planning Supervisor at the International Shipping & Transport Company. Issa began a career in public service as Statistics Supervisor at the Ministry of Planning from April 1994 to May 1996. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor’s Degree in Marine Economics & Management from the Arab Academy for Science, Technology and Maritime Transport, supplemented by various courses in intermodal transportation, container terminal management, and logistics certifications.
