Norman Grant

Norman Grant is a seasoned Leadership Development Consultant and Managing Team Coach currently affiliated with Zaiko since January 2024. As an Expert Facilitator at Henkel, Norman focuses on enhancing effective presentation skills and improving communication across cultural boundaries. With training from Shirzad Chamine, Norman serves as a Transformational Leadership Coach through Positive Intelligence. Additionally, as a Lecturer at Continuing Education at Temple University, Japan Campus, Norman develops and teaches experiential courses on diversity, cultural intelligence, and agile management. Contributions to IMPACT Group as a Cross Culture, Integration and Career Coach involve supporting global employee transitions. Experience as a Coach for MBA students at Hitotsubashi ICS emphasizes conflict management. Norman has also worked as a Systemic Team Coach for YouMeWeNPO and Refugees Empowerment International, addressing internal challenges during organizational expansions, and facilitated team coaching for the Japan Market Expansion Competition. Prior experience includes serving as a Constructive Conflict Mediator in a food importing and distributing company.
