Abdalla Mabrouk

Abdalla Mabrouk is an experienced IP and Packet Core Switching Specialist at ZAIN SD since August 2005, where responsibilities include providing consultancy for IP backbone and packet core switching solutions, ensuring network reliability, and capacity planning. Previously, Abdalla led a team as the Mobile Packet Backbone Team Leader, focusing on planning and operations for the mobile packet backbone network, and also served as the Packet Core Team Leader, overseeing packet core network operations. Prior work experience includes being a LAN/WAN Administrator at Mobitel, supporting IT systems and network availability. Abdalla holds an MSc in Managing Quality & Excellence from Sudan University and a BSc in Telecom & Control from Gazira University.
