Nawal Bou-Risli currently serves as the Group Chief Human Resources Officer at Zain, overseeing HR functions in both Zain Kuwait and Group since September 2010. Nawal has a strong background in aligning HR initiatives with organizational objectives, developing HR capacity, implementing leadership concepts, and fostering a performance-driven culture. Prior roles include HR Operations Manager and Learning & Development Manager at Zain Kuwait, where Nawal led HRIS projects, managed talent allocation, and established comprehensive training programs. Nawal holds a Program for Leadership Development degree from Harvard Business School.
