Monika Zięba

Monika Zięba is a seasoned professional in employer branding and employee engagement, currently serving as the People Brand & Engagement Manager at Zalaris since October 2022, where responsibilities include leading global employer branding and internal communications across 17 countries. Previously, Monika held positions at Orange from June 2018 to October 2022, including Chief Specialist for Internal Communication and Organizational Culture, overseeing various communication programs and engagement projects, as well as Chief Specialist for Media Relations and Employee Innovations Support Specialist.
