Nandini Nayak

Nandini Nayak has a diverse work experience in the field of human resources. Nandini started their career at Down Town Hospital Ltd in 2005 as a Deputy HR Manager and worked there until 2010. Nandini then joined SATYAM Group of Industries as an HR Manager from 2010 to 2013. Nandini joined Zaloni in 2013 and held various positions including Senior HR Executive from 2013 to 2020, Recruiting Manager from 2020 to 2023, and currently serves as the Manager of Talent Acquisition & Operations.

Nandini Nayak has a diverse education history, starting with their studies at Handique Girls College in Guwahati from 1992 to 1994. During this time, they pursued an arts-focused curriculum and received their Higher Secondary qualification. Following this, from 1995 to 1998, Nandini attended Khallikote Autonomous College in Odisha, where they earned their Bachelor of Arts degree. Nandini'sstudies at this institution primarily revolved around Political Science and Economics. Lastly, from 1998 to 2000, Nandini continued their education at Berhampur University, specializing in Industrial Relations & Personnel Management. This program led their to the acquisition of a Postgraduate degree.
