Kannan R. has a diverse work experience spanning over a decade. Kannan began their career as a Human Resource Executive at Amostech Sdn Bhd in 2007. In 2008, they became an Assistant Manager at Scicom (MSC) Bhd, before transitioning to Shell as an IT Analyst in 2010. In 2012, Kannan worked as a Team Manager at Astro, followed by a brief tenure as the Head of Customer Experience at Groupon in 2013. Kannan then joined ZALORA Group, where they held various roles including Head of Customer Experience (Cluster Countries), Associate Director - Payments & Customer Experience, and Regional Director of Payments & Customer Operations, the position they currently hold.
Kannan R. completed a Bachelor of International Business (HONS) in International Finance from Universiti Malaysia Sabah from 2007 to 2010. Kannan then pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in International Business from Universiti Putra Malaysia from 2010 to 2012. Currently, they are enrolled in an Executive MBA program in Business Administration and Management, General at Imperial College Business School from 2022 to 2024.
