Sarika Joshi

Sarika Joshi has over 18 years of work experience in corporate finance, treasury, and risk management. Sarika currently serves as the Director of Corporate Finance at ZALORA Group, where they oversee tax, treasury, B2B FP&A, commercial finance business partnerships, and special projects. Prior to their current role, Sarika held the position of Head of Corporate Finance at Kraft Heinz Company, where they managed treasury, supply chain finance, and accounting for the Asia Pacific, Middle East & Africa region. Sarika has also worked at Dell, Nokia, Cummins Inc, Harris Investment Management, and CRISIL (an S&P Company), where they gained experience in treasury consulting, financial markets, capital markets, and credit analysis. Sarika has a proven track record of driving cost optimization, leading complex projects, and improving working capital in restrictive environments.

Sarika Joshi obtained a certificate course in Future Commerce - Fintech from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology in 2016. Prior to that, they completed their MBA with a specialization in Finance & Accounting from Indiana University - Kelley School of Business between 2003 and 2005.
