Vanessa Tan

Vanessa Tan is currently working as an Associate Manager in Customer Retention & Loyalty at ZALORA Group since May 2022. Vanessa previously held the position of a Senior Executive in the same department. Prior to this, Vanessa worked at StashAway as a Senior Client Engagement Executive. Vanessa holds a Bachelor's degree in Business and Commerce with a focus on Accounting and Finance from Monash University Malaysia. Additionally, Vanessa completed a short program in Accounting & Finance at the University of Warwick. Vanessa also studied Pure Science at Methodist College Kuala Lumpur. Vanessa 's roles have involved managing the ZALORA VIP paid loyalty program, optimizing shipping fees, and planning marketing campaigns.
