Zusenanda Nain

Zusenanda Nain has a diverse work experience in various industries. Starting in 2006, they worked as a Banking Officer at PT. Bank OCBC NISP Tbk until 2009. Zusenanda then moved on to Tenaris, where they held multiple roles, including Supply chain- Order Management from 2011 to 2015 and Procurement and Quality, Logistic - South East Asia from 2015 to 2017. In 2017, Zusenanda joined Roca Sanitario, S.A. as a Procurement and Logistic Manager for a few months before transitioning to ZALORA Group. At ZALORA Group, they took on the role of Head of Vendor Management & Supply Chain from 2017 to 2020, followed by the role of Head of Performance Operations from 2020 to 2022. Currently, they are serving as the Associate Director of Operations at ZALORA Group.

Zusenanda Nain obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Business Administration and Management from Universitas Gadjah Mada (UGM) from 2017 to 2019. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor's degree in Finance from Universitas Padjadjaran in an unspecified year, and an Associate's degree in International Business from the same university in 2005. Zusenanda also holds additional certifications, including Lean Six Sigma Green Belt from The Council for Six Sigma Certification (CSSC) - Zalora Group in 2021, QMS Auditor based on ISO 9001:2008 from LRQA in 2015, and Ahli Kepabeanan (PPJK / Indonesian Customs regulation) from the Ministry of Finance in 2014.
