Shao Ren Yip

Shao Ren Yip is an experienced community manager currently with ZAM since September 2021, having also served as an Associate Community Manager at Fanbyte. Previous roles include Executive in Service, Quality & Audit at HCA Hospice Care, where responsibilities encompassed auditing clinical admin processes and improving service standards. As a freelance community manager and moderator, Yip has worked with numerous Twitch streamers, enhancing their communities and providing strategic growth support. Co-founding Unconvectional Bake & Bar involved negotiating business partnerships and overseeing marketing strategies. An accomplished educator, Yip has received the Graduate Student Teaching Award three times while serving as a Graduate Teaching Assistant at the National University of Singapore. Yip holds both a Master’s and a Bachelor’s degree in Sociology from the National University of Singapore.
