Martin Chileshe Fzica

Martin Chileshe FZICA, FCCA, MPhil-Taxation is an experienced tax professional currently serving as Assistant Director at the Zambia Revenue Authority (ZRA) since January 2021, focusing on direct taxes within a large and specialized tax office. In addition to this role, Martin is a member of the Cross Border Technical Committee at the African Tax Administration Forum (ATAF) and works as a part-time author for IBFD, contributing to tax articles and reviewing Zambia's taxation regulations. Prior to the current position, Martin held various roles at ZRA, including Manager of International Taxation, specializing in transfer pricing audits and mining taxation. Educational credentials include a Master’s degree in Tax Law/Taxation from the University of Pretoria and ACCA qualifications.
