Jinny Dsouza

Jinny Dsouza has had a diverse work experience. Jinny started their career in 2003 as a Team Leader at Infosys BPO, where they worked until 2007. Following that, they joined Mashreqbank in 2008 as an Employee Engagement Manager, responsible for enhancing overall employee engagement levels and supporting managers in implementing action plans based on survey results. Jinny also played a role in performance management, training new employees, and digitizing the organization chart. From 2023 onwards, Jinny joined Zand as a Human Resources Manager.

Jinny Dsouza obtained their Human Resources Business Professional degree from the Society of Human Resources in 2014.
