Hayley Wagreich

Hayley Wagreich is a seasoned media professional with extensive experience in content development and editorial leadership. Currently serving as the Director of Original Development and Co-Director of Slowburn at Zando since January 2023, Hayley leads the strategic development of original projects and oversees the romance imprint. Previously, as Head of Content at Realm from June 2019 to October 2022, Hayley established a leading indie network for scripted podcasts and managed creative development for notable franchises like Marvel and DC Comics. Hayley's earlier roles include Editor at Alloy Entertainment, where responsibilities included developing book and film content and managing best-selling authors, and positions at Paper Lantern Lit, Disney Hyperion, and other notable companies in publishing and media. Hayley holds a BA in English, Studio Art, and Art History from Skidmore College, and has pursued further education at Columbia University Graduate School of Journalism and University College Dublin.
