Tamara Hass Ribeiro

Tamara Hass Ribeiro has a diverse range of work experience. Tamara started their career as an Auxiliar de Processamento at Plansul - Planejamento e Consultoria, where they worked from February 2007 to June 2008.

Tamara then worked as a Coordenadora de Evento at FITA Floripa - Festival Internacional de Teatro de Animação from June 2008 to July 2011, where they coordinated and produced international theater performances.

After that, they joined Salão de Dança Ensino, Arte e Cultura LTDA as an Assistente Administrativo from October 2013 to April 2015, where they were responsible for administrative tasks and event organization. Tamara achieved an increase in private lesson sales and a 10% increase in conversion rates from trial classes to enrollments.

From May 2010 to October 2018, Tamara worked as a Freelancer, specializing in event production. Their responsibilities included project conception, budgeting, logistics, team coordination, and problem-solving. Tamara worked on various projects, with one notable success being the production of the show "Dolores" for Una Cia.

In 2018, Tamara joined Morena Andrade Atelier LTDA as an Assistente Administrativo, where they managed the agenda, customer retention, promotional campaigns, and financial control. Tamara achieved a 30% increase in sales and implemented a new billing system using bank slips for improved financial control.

Tamara Hass Ribeiro earned their Bachelor's degree in Performing Arts with a major in Acting from the Universidade Federal de Santa Catarina between 2008 and 2012. Tamara furthered their education by completing an MBA in Communication and Marketing in Digital Media at Estácio from 2018 to 2022.
