Madeleine Fawcett

Madeleine Fawcett is a seasoned hospitality professional currently serving as General Manager at Nonna Bazaar, Zannier Hotels since April 2023. Prior to this role, Madeleine held the position of General Manager at Mar y Sal Ibiza from March to December 2022 and served as Restaurant Manager at El Silencio from April 2021 to April 2022. Earlier experience includes marketing and events management at Knight Frank España from September 2016 to March 2021, along with a brief tenure as a marketing and communications intern at Knight Frank Spain. Madeleine's career began at Fat Hippo, where important responsibilities as Floor Supervisor were undertaken from 2013 to 2016. Academically, Madeleine holds a degree in Hospitality Administration/Management from Ostelea, a degree in Communication and Advertising from ESIC Business & Marketing School, and a Bachelor’s degree in Combined Honours from Newcastle University.
