Marilou Camacho

Marilou Camacho has a wealth of experience in quality assurance engineering, beginning in 2003 at Cytyc Surgical Products as a Sr. Quality Engineer. In 2007, they moved to Emphasys Medical in the same role. Marilou then transitioned to InSound Medical in 2009 as a Sr. Quality Engineer. From 2011 to 2013, Marilou worked at Avinger Inc. as a Quality Systems Quality Engineer. Marilou then moved to ApniCure in 2013 as a Sr. Quality Engineer. In 2014, Marilou worked at both ViewRay Incorporated as a Senior Quality Engineer and Thermo Fisher Scientific - CDD Fremont as a Sr. Quality Assurance Auditor. Marilou then worked at Viveve, Inc. from 2016 to 2018 as a Director Quality Assurance. In 2018, they moved to both ZAP Surgical Systems, Inc. as a Director Quality Assurance and Manager QA (Regulatory), and Abaxis, Inc. as a Director Quality Assurance.

Marilou Camacho obtained a BS in Chemistry from the University of the Philippines and has completed units towards an MS in Chemistry from the same university.
