Hoon Park

Hoon Park is the current Product Manager at Zapier. Prior to this, Park held the position of Customer Support Manager at Customer.io from January 2015 to December 2016. From January 2011 to December 2015, Park worked as a Customer Support Manager at Return Path. Park was also a Team Lead for the Customer Support team at OtherInbox from January 2008 to December 2011 and a Customer Support Representative at The Standard from January 2007 to December 2008. Park began their customer support career at The Vanguard Group in 2006, where they remained until 2007.

Hoon Park graduated from The University of Texas at Austin with a BS in Human Biology.

Hoon Park reports to Chris Geoghegan, Director, Product. They work with Noah Manger - Product Manager, Cayce Terrill Wilson - Product Manager, and Ryan Powell - Product Manager.
