Joy Ling

Joy Ling is currently a Business Operations Associate at Zapier. Joy previously worked as a Business Analyst at RBC Ventures from August 2020 to August 2021. Prior to that, they were a Product Marketing Intern at Shopify from September 2018 to December 2018 and a Marketing Intern at American Express from May 2018 to August 2018. Her first internship was as a Communications Intern at Scotiabank from May 2017 to August 2017.

Joy Ling studied business administration as an undergraduate at Ivey Business School at Western University, where they earned their Bachelor of Arts degree with honors. Joy then went on to study as a visiting student at Columbia University in the City of New York, where they earned their bachelors degree.
