Breanna Hernandez

Breanna Hernandez has over eight years of experience in customer service and event coordination. Currently serving as a Jr. Events Coordinator at Zappos Family of Companies since July 2015, Breanna has also held roles including Senior Receptionist, Zappos Concierge, and Customer Service Representative, consistently providing exceptional service across multiple channels such as phone, chat, and email. Prior to Zappos, Breanna worked as a Customer Service Specialist at C3/CustomerContactChannels, Inc., where assistance was provided to customers regarding Medicare plans for the Humana campaign. Breanna graduated from Las Vegas High School in June 2011.
