Dom Oramas

Dom Oramas has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Previously, Dom worked at Zapproved from January 2020 to September 2021, first as a Tier 2 Support Specialist and then as a Data Migration Engineer. Before joining Zapproved, Dom was self-employed as a Songwriter/Recording Artist since January 2000. Dom also worked at Comcast Cable for several roles and durations. These roles include Specialist 2/Team Lead - Root Cause Analyst (Client Services) from April 2017 to April 2018, Client Services Spec 1 from April 2016 to April 2017, Support Central CAE3 from October 2012 to April 2016, Advanced Services Repair CEA from April 2012 to October 2012, Repair Central CAE3 from November 2010 to April 2012, Video Repair Support Specialist from November 2007 to November 2010, and Video Repair CAE from June 2006 to November 2007. In these roles, Dom demonstrated skills in customer service, troubleshooting, resolving issues, training, and team collaboration.

Dom Oramas attended PDX Code Guild from 2018 to 2019, where they completed a Developer Bootcamp in Python-based Full Stack Development. Prior to that, from 1994 to 1996, they attended Portland State University and pursued General Studies, although they did not obtain a degree during this period.
