Jessie Little has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Jessie started their career as a Research Assistant/Program Support at the Veterans Health Administration in 2005 and worked there until 2009. During their time there, they provided care to veterans with Parkinson's Disease and other movement disorders, coordinated studies, educated patients, and maintained regulatory compliance.

In 2010, Jessie joined the Oregon Health Authority as a Research Analyst 3. Jessie worked with an actuarial team to develop Medicaid rates based on health care claims data. Jessie also conducted ad hoc analysis related to Medicaid utilization, rates, and claims data. In 2013, they were promoted to the role of Actuarial Research Analyst (RA4), where they continued to develop Medicaid rates in accordance with Medicare/Medicaid rules and regulations.

In 2018, Jessie transitioned to the tech industry and joined Zapproved as a Software Engineering Intern. Jessie then progressed to the role of Associate Software Engineer and later became a Software Engineer. At Zapproved, they worked as part of a collaborative engineering team, building and maintaining an AWS cloud hosted application using .NET Core and other technologies.

In 2020, Jessie was promoted to the position of Mid-Level Software Engineer at Zapproved, where they continued to contribute to the development and maintenance of the company's cloud-hosted application. The exact end dates for their roles at Zapproved are not provided.

Jessie Little obtained a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Oregon State University, where they studied from 2017 to 2018. Prior to that, they attended Portland State University from 2003 to 2008, where they earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Mathematics and Statistics.
