Oluwatoni Ayodele, MSc

Oluwatoni Ayodele has a background in technical recruiting and industrial psychology. They started their career as an industrial psychologist at University College Hospital, Ibadan from February 2018 to February 2019. They then worked as a technical recruiter at Oato Media from February 2020 to September 2022, where they collaborated with hiring managers and sourced and hired talented tech analysts, QA engineers, developers, and more. Currently, they are working at Zarttech as a Technical Recruiter, bridging the talent gap and connecting diverse IT experts with global work opportunities.

Oluwatoni Ayodele, MSc pursued a Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Psychology from the University of Ibadan, completing this program from 2012 to 2017. Later, from 2019 to 2021, Oluwatoni continued their education at the same institution and earned a Master of Science (MS) degree in Clinical Psychology.
