Erika Tomesova

Erika Tomesova has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Erika recently joined Zátiší Group as the Chief People & Culture Officer in December 2021. Prior to this, they held the same role at SHINE Leadership s.r.o. since 2010. Erika also worked as a freelance coach and trainer at Expertis starting from July 2006. Before that, they served as the HR Manager and Managing Representative for ISO 9001 and ISO 90014 at Zátiší Group from June 2006 to December 2010. Erika began their career as a trainer and consultant at Dale Carnegie Training in 2002, where they worked until 2005.

Erika Tomesova earned their MA in English from Charles University, where they studied from 1994 to 2000. Prior to that, they studied English at Greenhill College, London, from 1991 to 1993.
